DIRECTORS' REPORTS FILED

Mantua, 20 March 2024 - Immsi S.p.A. said that the notice of call for the company Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2024 on first call, and if necessary, on 30 April 2024 on second call, will be published in extract form in the daily newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on 21 March 2024. The extract is also available, together with the full text of the notice of call, the proxy forms referred to in Articles 135-undecies and 135-novies of Legislative Decree 58/1998, the Directors' Report on point no. 1 of the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting in extraordinary session and the Directors' Report on point no. 4 of the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting in ordinary session, on the company's institutional website www.immsi.it(section "Governance/General Meeting/Archive/2024") and on the central storage of regulated information system "eMarket STORAGE" available on the website www.emarketstorage.it.
