On June 9, 2021, Imperial Oil Limited (the "company") and four other Canadian oil sands producers announced by means of a press release the Oil Sands Pathways to Net Zero initiative, an industry alliance to help Canada meet its climate goals, including its Paris Agreement commitments and 2050 net zero aspirations. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
