The Management Board of Impexmetal S.A. informs that on 10 September 2015 it got the notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik that on 10 September 2015 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik got a notification from the subsidiary Boryszew S.A. that on 4 September the company purchased 283,354 units of Impexmetal's shares, which which has caused the change by more than 1 % the share of Boryszew S.A. in the total number of votes in Impexmetal S.A.
Moreover on 8 September 2015 Boryszew S.A. purchased 100,000 units of Impexmetal's shares, which has caused the exceeding by Boryszew S.A. the limit of 50 % in the total number of votes on the GM of Impexmetal S.A.
As at 7 September 2015 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik got directly and indirectly 108,340,405 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 54.17 % of share in the initial capital, entitling to 107,957,051 votes at GM, which constituted 53.98 % of the total number of votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A.
As at today Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik has got indirectly 108,543,723 units of Impexmetal's shares, constituting 54.27 % of share in the initial capital, entitling to 108,439,405 votes at GM, which has constituted 54.22 % of the total number of votes at GM of Impexmetal S.A.
