From August 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020, the company has repurchased 19,700 shares, representing 0.19% for ¥17.04 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 24,600 shares, representing 0.24% for ¥20.75 million under the buyback announced on March 16, 2020.
Imura & Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of various envelopes, and the delivery agency for direct mail. The Company operates through two business segments. The Package Solution segment manufactures and sells various types of envelopes, including long envelopes, square envelopes, western envelopes, window envelope and nonwoven fabric envelopes, and landscaping materials.
