Yildirim Holding A.S. entered into an agreement to acquire Terra Mineralna Gnojiva d.o.o. from INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. and Prvo plinarsko drustvo d.o.o.

Yildirim Holding A.S. entered into an agreement to acquire Terra Mineralna Gnojiva d.o.o. from INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. (ZGSE:INA) and Prvo plinarsko drustvo d.o.o. on November 10, 2022. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and fulfilment of all the terms of the sales agreement. The transaction is to be completed within 6 months.

As of April 6, 2023, The government gave consent to its representative, the Restructuring and Sale Centre (CERP), to sign an agreement on the transfer of the Petrokemija recapitalisation and restructuring agreement with Terra Minetralna Gnojiva, INA, Prvo Plinarsko Društvo (PPD), Yildirim Balkan Ferilizer and Yildirim International Fertilizer.
