Incross Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A216050) agreed to acquire Advertising Media Agency and Advertising Agency Business from SK stoa Co., Ltd for approximately KRW 200 million on March 10, 2020. The consideration will be paid in cash within 7 business days from the date of contract conclusion. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 17, 2020. Young Jin Accounting Corporation acted as the external evaluation body for the transaction.
Incross Co Ltd is a Korea-based company primarily engaged in mobile advertising business. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Advertising Business segment is engaged in providing digital advertising services through the online advertising solution and platform. It also provides media planning, advertising effect analyzing and other advertising solution services. The Operation Business segment is engaged in providing advertising services and open market platform (OMP) operation. The Other Business segment is engaged in commerce, contents marketing and other business.
