Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited has received a letter from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi intimating about withdrawal of nomination of Mr. Jasmine Shah from the Board Of Directors the Company, and accordingly, Mr. Jasmine Shah has ceased to be the Non-Executive Director & Chairman of the Company. Date of Cessation is on 1 December, 2023.
