Indus Towers Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution passed by circulation on December 01, 2023, based on recommendation of the HR, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved appointment of Ms. Neeti Wahi as the Chief Digital and Information Technology Officer of the Company with effect from December 06, 2023. Ms. Neeti Wahi is a C-Suite Technology executive qualified with 22 years of global experience in IT strategy, innovation, creating business models, enterprise architecture blueprint from emerging technologies, digital transformation and strategic outsourcing, global solutions consulting, green-field setup, merger and acquisitions, program management, technical delivery services and operational excellence. Executive-level experience across BFSI and Energy sectors, encompassing resource management covering personnel, technology, financial, and assets.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in recruiting, developing, and managing highly productive leaders who can conceptualize, manage, and deliver technology solutions services. Proactive manager, team builder and negotiator with ability to attract and secure key players in internal and partnership alliances. Proven record of driving digital transformation across business processes with agile, scalable technology solutions.

Enabling digital adoption across the organization to improve experiences at all levels; and ensuring technology strategy is translated into quality outcomes that deliver immediate and ongoing value to the business, employees, partners & customers. Able to directly contribute to M&A and other equity-related efforts. She was prior associated with Sterlite Power as the Chief Information and Digital Officer of Sterlite Power and a Member of the Executive Committee for Sterlite Power Group.

Her role in Sterlite Powers was to drive digital transformation in core business processes. Sterlite Power is a leading integrated power transmission developer and solutions provider globally, focused on addressing complex challenges in the sector by tackling the key constraints of time, space and capital. Previously she was associated with Clix Capital, Gurgaon, GE Capital, India, GE Capital Business Process Management Services, GE Consumer Finance businesses in various technology roles and GE IMLP (Information Management Leadership Program - 2002 to 2004).

Ms. Wahi has done MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and Bachelor of Business Administration, Technology & Finance from Sardar Patel University.
