IFS (http://www.ifsworld.com/) (STO:IFSA) (STO:IFSB), the global enterprise applications company, announced today that Cindy Jaudon, president & chief executive officer, IFS Americas, is a finalist for Executive of the Year—Computer Software—Less Than 500 Employees, in the 2014 American Business Awards. Winners will be announced at the American Business Awards’ new product & technology awards event held on Friday, September 12 in San Francisco.

More than 3,300 nominations were submitted this year from organizations of all sizes and in various industries for a wide range of categories. Finalists were chosen by more than 150 business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May. More than 150 members of several specialized judging committees will determine Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during the final judging.

Since Ms. Jaudon became President and CEO in 2004, IFS Americas has become the fastest growing of the IFS AB groups. Highlights of her winning nomination include two key acquisitions that expanded the company’s presence in new industries and Latin America, creation of a partnership program, double-digit revenue growth, and a 97-percent average customer retention rate since 2005.

“Being named a finalist in the management category of the 2014 American Business Awards is very rewarding,” said Cindy Jaudon, president and CEO of IFS Americas. “Our 90%+ retention rate validates our commitment to our customers’ success, and we are proud of our efforts. Maintaining a consistently high customer retention rate is particularly significant for enterprise-level software because it requires satisfaction in every aspect of the business and not just within a single department,” she said.
