INDUSTRIE CHIMICHE FORESTALI S.P.A. Industrie Chimiche Forestali S.p.A. (BIT:ICF) entered into share purchase agreement to acquire Tessitura Langé S.r.l. on February 9, 2023. The current majority shareholder and chief executive officer of Tessitura Langé will remain in office as operations manager of the business unit. Tessitura Langè achieved revenues of approximately ?10 million in 2022.
The deal, which is not subject to any conditions, will be executed no later than 30 April 2023. Francesca Leverone of Pedersoli e Associati acted as legal advisor to Industrie Chimiche Forestali S.p.A. (BIT:ICF). Ferdinando Fraschini of BDO Italia S.p.A. acted as financial due diligence provider to Industrie Chimiche Forestali S.p.A.
