Indykpol SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the meat processing. The Company's business is divided into three segments, including Meat processing, Livestock and Feeds production. Meet processing segment offers poultry and processed goods. It specializes in turkey rearing, poultry processing, wholesale and retail sale of whole poultry birds and poultry elements. The Company's product line includes different types of sausages, frankfurters, hams, pies, as well as turkey, chicken and goose meat products, such as wings, breasts and thighs, among others. Indykpol SA sells its products throughout the country and exports it to the Western Europe. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated eight subsidiaries: Lubuskie Zaklady Drobiarskie Eldrob SA, Futbolnet.pl Sp. z o.o, Ozkom Sp. z o.o., Indykpol Brand Management Sp. z o.o., Indykpol Brand Management Sp. z o.o. sp.k., Nutripol Sp. z o.o., Wolzanskie Delikatesy Sp. z o.o., and Eurolab GmbH.
