Changes in the Supervisory Board's composition

Referring to the report no 14/2016, the Management Board of Indykpol SA informs that the Annual General Meeting adopted on June 7-th, 2016 resignation of Mr. Stanislaw Pacuk and dismissed him as member of the Supervisory Board of Indykpol SA.

The reason for this resignation is ending of the 12 years period of holding the position of the Indykpol Supervisory Board member and associated with this losing the status of the independent member of the Supervisory Board.

Indykpol SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the meat processing. The Company's business is divided into three segments, including Meat processing, Livestock and Feeds production. Meet processing segment offers poultry and processed goods. It specializes in turkey rearing, poultry processing, wholesale and retail sale of whole poultry birds and poultry elements. The Company's product line includes different types of sausages, frankfurters, hams, pies, as well as turkey, chicken and goose meat products, such as wings, breasts and thighs, among others.
