Appointing the Company's Supervisory Board Member

The Indykpol Management Board informs, that The General Meeting of Shareholders on June 7-th, 2016 passed the resolution on appointing Mrs. SawaZarebinskathe Supervisory Board member.

Mrs. Zarebinskais lawyer by education. In 1989 she was a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the University of Warsaw. Attorney of the Solicitors' Regulation Authority in Warsaw since 1993. Internship at the legal firm of Pritchard EnglefieldSolicitors in London in 2004.

Mrs. Zarebinskaiaa lawyer with more than 20-years' experience in advising Polish and foreign corporate clients from the IT industry, media and new technologies. Mrs. Zarebinskaadvises in the process of real estate investment and M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Ms. SawaZarębińskais co-author of a commentary to the Commercial Companies Code published by the Publishing House C.H. Beck edited by ZbigniewJara2016 wyd.11.
