The real-time capture, processing, and analysis of its point-of-sale, inventory, and sales in/sales out data were the key differentiators Channelinsight provides to high-technology manufacturers, with the ability to see exactly what their channel partners are selling and to whom. With rapid and significant business growth underway, Fortinet wanted greater visibility into the trends and best practices of its channel partner programs to enable further sales growth.

The company required a 360-degree view of direct and indirect sales in order to impact sales performance. A complete and real-time view of channel sales would help to facilitate further company growth, strengthen partner relationships, enable the payment of incentives and rebates in a timely manner and, most importantly, increase sales rep productivity to drive the business forward in 2015 and beyond.
