(1) Approved the 2021 employee compensation of NT$35,000,000 and directors'
remuneration of NT$940,000. Both are to be paid in the form of cash.
(2) Approved the 2022 assessment of certified public accountants'
independence.
(3) Approved the 2021 business report and parent company only financial
statements.
(4) Approved the 2021 consolidated financial statements.
(5) Approved the 2022 business plans.
(6) Approved the 2021 earnings distribution proposal: shareholders are
entitled to a cash dividend of NT$0.4 per share.
(7) Approved the 2021 assessment of the effectiveness of the internal
control system and the internal control system statement.
(8) Approved the amendments to the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility
Best Practice Principles.
(9) Approved the amendments to the Company's Corporate Governance Best
Practice Principles.
(10) Approved the amendments to the Company's Procedures for Asset
Acquisition and Disposal.
(11) Approved the formulation of the Company's 2022 sustainable development
promotion plan.
(12) Approved the proposal to apply for a credit limit secured by real
property from Mega International Commercial Bank: the credit limit
is NT$400 million.
(13) Approved the matters related to the acceptance of shareholders'
proposals for the general shareholders' meeting
(14) Approved the date of the general shareholders' meeting to be set
on June 14, 2022.
