Inghams Group Limited (ASX:ING) entered into an agreement for the conditional purchase to acquire poultry meat business and assets from Bromley Park Hatcheries Ltd for NZD 8.6 million on February 17, 2023. The transaction is subject to after a number of purchase conditions are satisfied, including Commerce Commission and Overseas Investment Office approval and acquisition is expected to settle in the first quarter of FY24. As of July 7, 2023, the Commerce Commission has granted clearance for the transaction.
