Inner Mongolia Xingye Group Xilin Mining Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for the gross proceeds of CNY 150 million on December 1, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Inner Mongolia Xingye Mining Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 150 million to CNY 300 million.
On May 20, 2023, the company announced that it has completed the relevant capital increase matters and industrial and commercial change registration procedures, and obtained the "Business License" renewed by the Market Supervision Administration.
