Innovative Composites International Inc. (TSXV:IC) announced a non brokered private placement of convertible debentures and warrants for maximum gross proceeds of CAD 3,000,000 on August 14, 2013. The minimum proceeds that the company will receive from the transaction will be CAD 2,000,000. The debentures will carry an interest of 10% per annum and will mature at two years from the date of issue.
