The meetings of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Inoue Rubber (Thailand) Public Company Limited, held on November 10, 2017, resolved the appointment of Company Secretary Company Limited, a juristic person, as the Company Secretary in replacement of Miss Tipwadee Sudwayha. Under this appointment, Mrs. Phatchada Muenthong and Mrs. Pattarasupang Chalermnon are the responsible persons of the juristic person to equally hold responsibility for the company. The company announced the appointment of Mrs. Phatchada Muenthong as the Secretary to the Audit Committee in replacement of Miss Miss Tipwadee Sudwayha. The appointments are effective on November 11, 2017 onwards.
Inoue Rubber (Thailand) Public Company Limited is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of motorcycle tires, tubes, and industrial elastomer rubber parts. It operates in two segments: Local and Export. It consists of two types of businesses: Industrial Elastomer Parts and Motorcycle Tires and Tubes. Its Industrial Elastomer Parts include Tires used in the automotive industry, such as exhaust hose tires, rubber glass rim/door engine platform tire fuel float tire rubber gasket rear cap tires, fuel hoses, and sound/dust seals in the cabin. It also includes rubber parts for use in other industries according to the specifications specified by customers, such as rubber parts used in infrastructure systems. It provides agricultural machinery ship machine refrigeration, electrical equipment electronic devices building material rubber seal container rim. Its products are delivered to motorcycle manufacturers both in Thailand and overseas, including Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki.
