Inspire Veterinary Partners, Inc. (NasdaqCM:IVP) entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a 100% ownership interest in Two animal hospitals in new state, Oregon on September 1, 2023. Inspire expects to acquire real estate associated with the purchases. Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, additional diligence, definitive agreement and other factors.

Transaction is currently expected to be completed as early as the third quarter of 2023.
