Integrated Media Technology Limited Announces Resignation of Heming Cui as a Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Integrated Media Technology Limited received a resignation letter from Dr. Heming CUI, an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect on November 9, 2022. Dr. Cui resigned as a director of the Company and ceased to be a Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Zhongqing YANG will be replacing Dr. Cui as a Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from November 9, 2022.
