InteliCare Holdings Ltd. announced an expansion of their services to include Personal Emergency Response (PERS) compliant devices and the addition of the multi-resident household behaviour analytics feature. Expansion Of Emergency And Duress Services: PERS compliant devices must adhere to several standards including successfully sending communications from device users to remote Australia's 3G network, which is relied on by the aged and disability care responders via the device; sectors for medical and duress devices, will shut down in 2024; The 3G shut down will result in 300,000 PERS devices no longer meeting the PERS standards and require replacement; The company's 4G compliant PERS devices, which include pendants and emergency alarms, do not use a3G network. They will continue to meet PERS standards following the 2024 3G shut down.

A part of its strategic growth plan to support multiple vendor hardware, the company has integrated several globally compliant PERS devices into its smart care solution. The upgraded hardware solution provides those with existing 3G alarm panels the opportunity to upgrade to an advanced 4G compliant version that also supports the company's range of wellbeing insights and home automation capabilities. Additon Of Multi-Resident Household Analytics Feature: The company has developed its service offering to age care and disability support providers, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA); The multi-resident dashboard feature allows the company software users to understand the behaviour of multiple individuals within the same residence; 25% of NDIS funding goes to support people who are in SIL environments and a further 19,358 participants live in Supported Disability Accommodation across 7,086 dwellings; The company's multi-resident household feature is currently being used in SIL accommodation with a Victoria-based disability support provider.
