InteliCare Holdings Ltd. (‘InteliCare' or the ‘Company') announced a contract win and initiation of services with Bethanie. The partnership has been instigated through InteliCare's non-exclusive Master Supply Agreement (`'MSA'') with Optus. This agreement further drives InteliCare's Go-to-Market (GTM) growth strategy by building indirect sales channels via distributors with existing significant business and consumer client bases.

Utilising in Bethanie will trial InteliCare's technology in a proof-of-concept pilot project that will allow Bethanie staff to proactively monitor customers and collect real-time behavioral and health data collected via sensors. The data is processed using AI and presented on a consolidated dashboard to give carers richer insight into a customer's health and wellbeing. The proof of concept will measure how InteliCare may increase Bethanie's ability to deliver improved care outcomes to consenting customers through the use of technology.

This may also highlight opportunities to optimise workflows to give carers more quality time with customers as administration and data entry tasks are automated. Currently, Bethanie has 13 residential aged care homes and provides care to more than 3,000 Western Australians across residential care, home care, retirement villages and community housing. To date, InteliCare's primary market has been in home care service technology.

This contract represents InteliCare making head roads in a new vertical of residential aged care. Following launching into disability support accommodation, InteliCare has been working with the market to build features that respond to the particular requirements of residential aged care. This market is large and growing as a result of the ageing population, with the Australian Government spending $14.3 billion on residential aged care services in 2020-21.

The partnership was achieved due to ongoing enhancements to improve user experience for residential aged care staff. Recent updates included an enhanced real time dashboard, configurable event alerting, and continuous vitals monitoring. This will be expanded further based on machine learning AI R&D through InteliCare's partnership with the University of Sydney.

The material terms of the contract are as follows: The contract is between Intelicare Holdings Ltd. and Optus Enterprise, which was actioned via InteliCare Holdings Ltd. and Optus Enterprise's non-exclusive Master Supply Agreement. The Statement of Work (SoW) is a three-month proof of concept (PoC). The PoC value is estimated at over $40,000.

Although the value of the contract is not particularly material, the execution of the contract is considered material to InteliCare as it represents entry into a new healthcare vertical with a leading provider in the sector.
