Intellego Technologies AB (OM:INT) agreed to acquire Daro Group Limited for ú10 million on August 23, 2022. Under the consideration, Intellego Technologies will pay ú3.5 million in cash and ú1.5 million in shares of first payment at the beginning of 2023 and ú0.75 million after 12 months of first payment, and thereafter ú0.75 million after 24 months of first payment. A potential earn-out payment of ú1 million in cash and ú2.5 million in shares by Intellego Technologies.
