Approved the interim dividend payment for the first half of 2022 at 1.76 baht per share totaling approximately 5,643.77 million baht. The dividend payment represents 1) 1.26 baht per share from the pass-through dividend received from its associates and subsidiaries after the deduction of operating expenses, and 2) the 0.50 baht per share additional dividend from proceeds of the divestment of some of INVENT portfolios together with cash on hand available by the end of the first half of 2022.
