INTRED S.P.A.: GENERAL MANAGER FEDERICO PROTTO

RESIGNS

Brescia, 5 March 2024 - Intred S.p.A. ("Intred" or the "Company") a telecommunications operator listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana (ITD.MI) since July, announces that today Federico Protto has submitted his resignation from his role of General Manager; Mr Protto has decided to pursue new professional opportunities at an international level.

The resignation will be effective as of 28 March 2024.

Daniele Peli, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Intred S.p.A., commented: "I would like to thank General Manager Federico Protto for his contribution during his time with the company, as he strengthened the ongoing processes for the managerialization of the company; we will still pursue this path in the future by identifying additional resources to lead the whole team. In compliance with the requirements of the Italian Stock Exchange Market Regulations, we hereby advise that Mr. Federico Protto, based on the information available to the Company, holds no. 3000 ordinary Intred shares; we also point out that Mr. Federico Protto, given his voluntary resignation, is not entitled to any indemnity or other benefits upon the termination of his position in the Company.
