Intred signs agreement to purchase 100 percent of Connecting Italia

(Alliance News) - Intred Spa on Monday announced that it has signed a binding agreement with Aliedo Spa, as seller, for the purpose of acquiring 100 percent of the share capital of Connecting Italia Srl.

The latter is a company headquartered in Milan that is engaged in the development, production, trading, offering, supply and maintenance of telecommunications services and, in particular, broadband telephony and data transmission services.

Intred on Monday closed flat at EUR11.00 per share.

It operates through four segments: Internet, Internet and Telephone, Telephone, and Datacenter. The Internet offering includes Optical Fiber, ADSL (asymmetric digital subscriber line), HDSL (High-bit-rate digital subscriber line), Radio RDSL (radio digital subscriber line), Dedicated Radio products and services. The Internet and Telephone offering includes integrated solutions for voice and data. The Telephone offering includes voice solutions via cable and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology.
