Intrepid Metals Corp. entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire 22 unpatented lode mining claims from Clive Bailey for $0.02 million.

Intrepid Metals Corp. (TSXV:INTR) entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire 22 unpatented lode mining claims from Clive Bailey for $0.02 million on April 27, 2023. Under the terms of the agreement, Intrepid shall pay $10,000 upon closing and shall issue 100,000 common shares.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
