WestMountain Company (OTCPK:WASM) entered into a verbal agreement to acquire BioDtech, Inc. for $0.62 million on November 14, 2018. The total consideration consists of 2.49 common shares with each share valued at $0.75. Two of BioDTech’s directors and owners Paul Castella and Alan Dean, are members of WestMountain Board of Directors. WestMountain Company (OTCPK:WASM) completed the acquisition of BioDtech, Inc. on November 28, 2018.
