(NYSE:IVT) for $11.5 million on August 25, 2023.Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Andrew Michols of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, InvenTrust Properties Corp. (NYSE:IVT) and procured the buyer, FrostPoint Capital, LLC.
