(KOSE:A023800) from Fidelity Puritan Trust - Fidelity Low-Priced Stock Fund (MutualFund:FLPS.X), managed by Fidelity Investments, one related party and others on May 16, 2014. The buyers acquired 1.52 million shares as part of the transaction.

INZI CONTROLS CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacturing of automobile parts.
