iPeople, inc. advised that Ms. Herminia S. Jacinto submitted her resignation as Independent Director of the Company effective immediately and was accepted by the Board of Directors during the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on August 4, 2023.

(Mapua University), National Teachers College (NTC), University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) and Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC).
