The Board of Directors of IPS, Inc. resolved at its meeting held on May 10, 2024 to submit a proposal to the 33rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 26 June 2024 for the distribution of surplus funds with a record date of 31 March 2024. Dividends per share: JPY 19.50 against JPY 17.50 a year ago. Total Dividends: JPY 250 million. Effective Date: June 27, 2024, payable on June 27, 2024.
