IS DongSeo Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Town Mining Co., Ltd. from Asteran Milestone

IS DongSeo Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010780) agreed to acquire Town Mining Co., Ltd. from Asteran Milestone for KRW 227.5 billion on January 4, 2023. As a part of acquisition, IS DongSeo will acquire 3.5 million shares for KRW 65,000 per share. The transaction is expected to complete on February 17, 2023.

IS Dongseo Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the construction business. The Company operates its business through seven segments. Construction segment is engaged in the construction of apartments, villas, schools, museums, leisure facilities, residential-commercial complexes and others. Ceramic Industry segment manufactures and sells tiles, sanitary wares and bidets. Concrete segment is engaged in the manufacture of prestressed high-strength concrete (PHC) piles, concrete segments, general prestressed concretes, rail ties and others. Rental segment is engaged in the equipment leasing business.
