istyle Inc. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings result for the year ended June 30, 2021. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 30,950 million compared to JPY 30,564 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 604 million compared to JPY 2,325 million a year ago. Ordinary loss was JPY 795 million compared to JPY 2,438 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of the parent company was JPY 379 million compared to net loss attributable to owners of the parent company of JPY 5,020 million a year ago. Basic net income per share was JPY 5.50 compared to net loss per share of JPY 76.94 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 5.28.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,632 million compared to JPY 6,973 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 172 million compared to JPY 1,036 million a year ago. Ordinary loss was JPY 732 million compared to JPY 1,659 million a year ago. Net loss was JPY 1,106 million compared to JPY 4,579 million a year ago. Net loss per share was JPY 16.04 compared to JPY 70.18 a year ago.

The On Platform segment includes marketing business in Japan and overseas, service for premium members.
