(BME:IZER) acquired Sidertia Solutions, S.L. for €15.6 million on June 28, 2022. €16 million will be paid in cash and izertis, S.A. shares and a variable amount of up to €2.3 million in the event that the EBITDA for the 2022 financial year is greater than that of the 2021 financial year. Sidertia Solutions, S.L. closed the 2021 financial year with a turnover of €6.34 million, an EBITDA of €2.12 million and a Net Debt of €-2.7 million (excess treasury).
