izertis, S.A. announced that it has signed a financing framework agreement with Banco Santander Smart Fund; a fund managed by Banco Santander, S.A., Investment Arm for gross proceeds of €10 million on September 27, 2021. The company will raise funding in two tranches of €5 million each, to be raised in the fiscal year 2021 and the second during fiscal year 2022. The principal will have a maximum maturity date of July 31, 2027.
