J.ESTINA Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A026040) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 188,323 shares, for a total of KRW 999.99 million pursuant. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize stock price. The share repurchase program is valid until December 26, 2017. As of September 25, 2017, the company had 1,296,875 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
