J.S. Machine exhibited JSFolder In-line Case Maker, automatic reel loading system and Intelligent Logistics System (integrated with JSFolder) at SinoCorrugated 2015. Over 1000 customers from all over the world visited J.S. Machine booth.
JSFolder In-line Case Maker was a superstar machine at SinoCorrugated 2015. It is a fixed top flexo printing machine with independent slotting and creasing unit in-line with folder gluer. The design speed is 350m/min. Carton can be formed directly after die-cutting. During the exhibition, it runs at 320m/min with slotting and 280m/min with die-cutting. What's more, some functions make operation easier and efficient, order management system enables order change time less than 3 minutes, the die tools plate can be mounted and dismounted within one minute, automatic strapping unit straps the cartons in bundles tidily. JSFolder gains customers' appreciation. A customer from Turkey ordered this machine directly after the SinoCorrugated 2015 started for 2 hours.
As one high graphics flexo printer-Blue Ocean Xtreme, J.S. Machine shipped sample sheets coming out from Blue Ocean Xtreme directly customer's factory to SinoCorrugated 2015. And visitors are deeply impressed with the ±0.1mm printing precision.

April 14 J.S. Machine Brand Summit-Perceived Quality, Win-win Cooperation
Mr. Han Xiaodong, director of research center, Mr. George, CTO of J.S. Machine, Mr. Hans, vice president of J.S. Machine gave speech at the summit. They introduce J.S. Machine fourth generation products-JETS 350/JETS 300 corrugator, Blue Ocean Xtreme and JSFolder.
