J.S. Machine purchase 100% stock equity of SANKYO PRECISION (HUIZHOU) Co., Ltd (short fot SANKYO PRECISION) by cash and stock. Now, SANKYO PRECISION is a subsidiary company of J.S. Machine. SANKYO PRECISION set up in 2001, which is mainly in research and manufacturing of automatic machine and high precision parts. It was awarded as "High-tech Company in Guangzhou Province" in 2010.
This event is a big step in JS strategy plan in intelligent manufacturing field, helping JS building intelligent factory.
