On December 26, 2023, Nexta Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company received approximately ¥420 million in the third-party allotment led by new investor, JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. and returning investor, XTech Ventures Co., Ltd. The transaction included participation from new investor, Globis Corporation.
On the same date, the company received its second and final tranche closing.
