Tadano Ltd. (TSE:6395) entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Nagano Industry Co., Ltd. from JAFCO SV5 Fund and JAFCO SV5-STAR Investment Limited Partnership, managed by JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:8595) on December 14, 2023. Nagano Industry had sales of ¥5.6 billion in 2022.
Tadano Ltd. (TSE:6395) completed the acquisition of Nagano Industry Co., Ltd. from JAFCO SV5 Fund and JAFCO SV5-STAR Investment Limited Partnership, managed by JAFCO Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:8595) on February 1, 2024. As part of acquisition, 22,201 shares were acquired. Yasuhisa Tsukamoto is new Representative Director of Nagano Industry.
