Corrigendum to the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 18thMay, 2022

Jai Balaji Industries Limited ("the Company") had issued notice dated 21st April, 2022 ("EGM Notice") for convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the members of the Company, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 18th day of May, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing ("VC") or other audio visual means ("OAVM"), to transact the business as mentioned in the EGM Notice. The EGM notice was dispatched to the members of the Company in due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and rules made thereunder, read with the circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities Exchange Board of India from time to time in relation thereto.

This corrigendum to the EGM Notice ("Corrigendum") is being issued to inform the Members of the Company regarding change in the Explanatory Statement, with respect to the Post-Preferential holding of one of the Proposed Allottees.

On and from the date hereof, the EGM Notice shall always be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum. All other contents of the EGM Notice, save and except as amended by this Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.

Accordingly, members are requested to kindly note the following amendment in Explanatory Statement of Item no. 2 to the EGM notice,

On page 13, point no. 14, Post Preferential Issue Equity Shareholding of Hariaksh Industries Private Limited, one of the proposed allottees shall be read as '12.46' instead of '12.47'.

The members are requested to consider the resolution vide item no. 2 in EGM notice keeping in view the above mentioned amendment in Explanatory Statement.
