JEM Korea Co., Ltd. announced that it has raised KRW 500 million in funding from existing investor, Japan Electronic Materials Corporation on April 25, 2012. As part of the transaction, the investor now holds majority stake amounting to 50.8% stake in the company upon closing.
On April 25, 2012, JEM Korea Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
