Japan Engine Corporation(J-ENG) will exhibit at "Posidonia 2024", an international maritime exhibition held in Athens, Greece, from June 3rd to June 7th, 2024.

J-ENG is currently, with the aim of the achievement of carbon-neutral society by 2050, developing the world's first ammonia fueled and hydrogen fueled engines simultaneously under the support of the Green Innovation Fund established by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Japan. At the J-ENG's factory in Akashi, Japan, demonstration test facilities for ammonia and hydrogen fueled engines will be completed soon. We plan to manufacture, and test run an ammonia fueled engine in 2025 and a hydrogen fueled engine in 2026.

We have also started development of the UEC60LSH, the latest model of the "UEC-LSH" series, which is the main cutting-edge type of UE engines, and the UEC60LSJA, an ammonia fueled engine. At "Sea Japan 2024" held in April in Tokyo, we introduced the features and development status of these next-generation fueled engines, as well as J-ENG's latest technologies for GHG reduction, such as the MGO mono-fuel engine with stratified water injection system "UEC-LSJ", which was well received a good reputation from many visitors. At "Posidonia 2024", we are going to promote J-ENG's excellent environment-friendly technologies to overseas customers, with a focus on Greece, one of the world's leading shipping countries.

J-ENG's booth is in Japan Pavilion (Hall 4-101/5). Your visit will be surely welcomed!
