Frontier Capital Inc. announced that it will issue 3,333 class A shares at an issue price of ¥100,000 per share for gross proceeds of ¥333.3 million on February 17, 2023, The transaction will include participation from new investors, Mebuki Financial Group,Inc., Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings, Inc. and JAPAN POST BANK Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close the transaction February 28, 2023.
