Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited notified that Mr. Dusit Srisangaoran has resigned from the positions of the President, Company Director, and other positions of the Company due to being occupied with personal reasons that does not allow him to continue performing his duties as aforementioned positions. The resignation has been effective since August 1, 2023.
