Jay Jalaram Technologies Limited agreed to acquire 59% stake in Hear More Techlife Private Limited from Kamlesh Varjivandas Thakkar, Kamlesh Hariram Lalwani, Vipul Thakkar and others for INR 0.06 million.

Jay Jalaram Technologies Limited (NSEI:KORE) agreed to acquire 59% stake in Hear More Techlife Private Limited from Kamlesh Varjivandas Thakkar, Kamlesh Hariram Lalwani, Vipul Thakkar and others for INR 0.06 million on April 24, 2023. The consideration shall be paid in cash. For the financial year ending 2023, Hear More Techlife reported a turnover of INR 44.6 million.

The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Jay Jalaram Technologies. The acquisition will be subject to the execution of the share purchase agreement and other related definitive documents, as maybe required. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before April 30, 2023.
