JCDecaux has announced a 58.3% increase in net income (Group share) to 209.2 million euros for the past year, as well as a 25.5% increase in adjusted operating income, before impairment charges, to 266.2 million.

Also on an adjusted basis, the outdoor advertising specialist increased its sales by 7.6% to 3.57 billion euros (+8.7% in organic terms), "driven by digital, continued growth in street furniture and the solid recovery in transport".

JCDecaux will propose to its AGM not to pay dividends in 2024, in order to preserve its financial flexibility, and says it expects organic growth of around 9% in adjusted sales in the first quarter of 2024.
