Jeil Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A271980) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase shares for KRW 3,000 million under the contract with NH INVESTMENT & SECURITIES.,LTD. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until June 9, 2021. As of December 9, 2020, the company had 84,920 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 5,494 shares in treasury under other capacities.
